Return & Exchange Policy
At Navata, we want you to shop with confidence. Our return policy is designed to offer you peace of mind in case you change your mind about a purchase or encounter any dissatisfaction with our products. We strive to make the return or exchange process simple and straightforward, ensuring that you are satisfied with your shopping experience.
Returns & Refunds Policy
All products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Exceptions
– If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us at sales.navata@gmail.com.
– To request a refund, you must provide a video of the UNBOXING process clearly showing any damages in that video itself. Random videos of damaged products will not be considered.
– The customer is responsible for arranging a return to our provided address (via courier or any other method). We do not provide return pickup services.
– Refunds will be processed via the payment method used by the customer during their purchase.
Exhibitions
– No returns for sarees purchased at exhibitions.
– Damages must be reported during the exhibition purchase; no returns thereafter.
Order Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason. The deadline for canceling an order is 7 days from the date you received the goods or when a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product.
To exercise your right of cancellation, please inform us by a clear statement via email: sales.navata@gmail.com.
We will reimburse you no later than 7 business days from the day we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the order, without additional fees.
Conditions for Returns
Please ensure the following conditions are met:
– The goods were purchased in the last 7 days.
– The goods are in the original packaging.
The following goods cannot be returned:
– Customized or personalized goods.
– Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have expired.
– Goods unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons.
– Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods. Please send returns to:

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Refunds cannot be issued without actual receipt of the goods or proof of delivery.
Gifts
– If the goods were marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed once the returned product is received.
– If the goods weren’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
