  • Will I get a blouse piece with my saree?
    It depends on the saree you get. Every saree has a description which mentions about the blouse-piece of that specific saree. However, for the sarees that do have a blouse-piece, it will be a running blouse piece, so the saree will be 6.2-6.5 meters in length.
  • Why is there a minor difference in color from the photo?
    There will be a minor color difference in the product you receive and the photo you see on our website. This is due to different lighting conditions and environment.
  • Should I wash or dry clean my saree?
    We always recommend to Dry Clean (DC) your saree and NOT wash it, especially in a washing machine.
  • Will the material stay the same after long-term usage?
    Yes all our sarees are high quality and the material will stay the same even after 3 years.
  • What’s the best way to store my saree?
    We recommend to keep your saree in the saree cover we give you with every order. And keep it in a dry place.
  • Why is my promo code or coupon not working? How do I use my promo code or coupon?
    You can use your promo code on the checkout page, NOT in the cart page. Please make sure you enter the promo code correctly, for example if the code is NEW10 and you enter new10, it will not work, so please be careful with the case of the letter. All our promo codes are in Uppercase letters.

  • When will I get my order?
    We ship your order within 48 hours after you place your order. As soon as it is shipped, you will get an email with the tracking information. Within India, you will receive your order within 3-4 days. Outside India, it may take up to 8-10 business days.   • How do I return my order?

  • I have returned my order. When will I receive my refund?
